Our BackgroundWe got our start back in 1990 when North Carolina changed the method used to calculate child support. Many attorneys were having a difficult time with the "income shares" calculation, so Advanced Legal Software was established to make that software program available. Since then, we have added many of the most commonly used AOC Forms to our list of product offerings.

Our software is popular because it adds a database to existing AOC forms, allowing the information to be saved and then retrieved for future use. Although we started out in Raleigh, we quickly realized that we would rather be at the beach. Therefore, in 2002 we moved the company to Carolina Beach, NC, and are very glad we did.
