We need your help!

Way back in 1990, Advanced Legal Software developed the very first, automated Child Support Software program for Windows-based computers, and it has become our most widely used software program. As that program's popularity increased, many of our clients have suggested that we consider automating the process of Equitable Distribution (ED).  To help us make that decision, we would like to hear from you!

The following short survey will give you a chance to let us know if you think automating the process of handling ED cases would be beneficial to you and your firm.  Ideally, the survey should be completed by the individuals who are involved with Equitable Distribution cases, such as the judge, attorney, paralegal, and supporting clerical staff.  We welcome the input of any or all of these individuals!

Information about You and Your firm:

Your name, email address and firm's name are all OPTIONAL.  However, if you identify yourself, we will provide you and your firm with future DISCOUNTS that will be applied to the use of our software. You may rest assured that we will NOT divulge this information to any other firm or entity, and your email address will NOT be provided to any other individual or firm.

    Specifically about Equitable Distribution:
The following multiple choice questions describe some of the processes associated with handling a case involving Equitable Distribution.  Please rate each one accordingly.  You can elaborate on one or more of them in the text box below the questions.
    Other areas of the Law:
What other areas of your firm's law practice could be improved if they were automated?  In other words, is there anything else that you can think of that would help improve the overall productivity of your firm?

Please be as specific as possible.  For example, if there are certain AOC Forms that are difficult to complete, or other local forms that present a clerical problem, then please list those.
Thank you for participating in our survey about Equitable Distribution and law firm automation.
