Equitable Distribution Survey
Background
In June, 2015, we began asking attorneys and paralegals who use our Child Support Software to complete an on-line survey to explore the best way to automate the process of handling equitable distribution cases in North Carolina. The response to our survey has been great, which indicates to us that there is a need for further automation in this area of the law. We will continue to receive survey responses until Friday, September 11, 2015. If your firm has not yet participated in this survey, click here.

Forms preparation including the affidavit and pretrial order will be much more manageable using the software tools that this new method will provide. Details will be announced in mid-September, 2015.
